This website is operated by Rascon Technology Services LLC ("RTS"). It is provided for informational purposes — to describe our services, publish pricing guidelines, and allow you to contact us.
You may browse this site freely. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false information through our forms.
Service Information & Pricing
Pricing, service descriptions, and availability published on this website are provided as general guidelines and starting points. They do not constitute a binding offer or contract.
Final pricing and scope are determined through direct consultation and are documented in a separate service agreement. RTS reserves the right to update published pricing and service information at any time.
Contact Form Submissions & Account Creation
Submitting a contact or emergency intake form does not create a service agreement or obligation on the part of RTS. Form submissions are used to initiate a conversation about your needs.
By submitting a form, you agree to the creation of a support portal account at support.rascontech.net using the name and email address you provide. This account allows you to view and track your requests. A temporary password is generated and displayed to you upon submission; you will also receive an email to set your own password.
You may delete your support portal account at any time through your profile settings within the portal, or by contacting us at [email protected].
For emergency (Client 911) submissions, response availability depends on current engineer capacity. Emergency work is a paid service and begins only after triage and confirmation.
SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Rascon Technology Services LLC, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages related to your service requests, including but not limited to: appointment confirmations, service status updates, emergency follow-ups, and other service-related communications.
- Opt-in: You must explicitly consent to receive text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services from RTS.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active service engagements.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at [email protected] or (505) 616-3249.
- Supported carriers: Service is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely by RTS for the purposes described above. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
