This account allows you to view and track your requests. A temporary password is generated and displayed to you at the time of submission.
- Phone number (for SMS/text messaging) — If you opt in to receive text messages from RTS, we collect your phone number for the purpose of sending service-related communications. Your phone number is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Standard server logs — Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used for security, performance, and basic analytics.

Twilio processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not share your opt-in consent or phone number with Twilio for their own marketing purposes.
- Zammad — our self-hosted support portal processes form submissions. This system is operated by RTS, not a third party.

Contact form submissions are retained in our support system for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry and provide ongoing service. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
