Websites & Online Presence
Pay once. Own everything. Subscription site builders charge $17–$29 every month for as long as your site exists. We build yours for a one-time fee, put it on hosting that costs nothing, and hand you the keys.
What "you own it" actually means
Most web providers keep your site on their platform and your domain in their account. If you leave, you start over. We set it up the opposite way.
Your domain, your name
You register the domain yourself, on your own card, at wholesale cost — typically around $10/year with no renewal markup. We walk you through it. If we ever part ways, nothing has to transfer.
Free hosting, permanently
Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network on their free tier. That includes SSL, DNS, DDoS protection, and CDN delivery. Not discounted — actually $0/month.
Your Google listing
We create and verify your Google Business Profile so you show up in local search and on Maps. The profile belongs to you; we're added as a manager only if you want ongoing help.
No lock-in
You get the account credentials and a walkthrough at handoff. Make small edits yourself, hire anyone you like later, or call us. Your choice, not a contract.
What it costs over time
A subscription builder is inexpensive in month one and never stops charging. A one-time build costs more up front and then stops.
Subscription site builder
- Year 1 — about $204
- After 3 years — about $612
- After 5 years — about $1,020
- Stops working when you stop paying
Online Presence Starter
- Year 1 — $299
- After 3 years — $299
- After 5 years — $299
- Yours whether you call us again or not
Builder figures are market ranges for entry-level business plans on annual billing and will vary by provider and promotion. Our column shows the Starter package starting price. Both columns exclude your domain registration, which runs roughly $10/year either way.

Final scope and price depend on how much content you have and what the site needs to do. Packages cover static pages with light front-end and back-end work such as forms; dynamic content, web applications, and custom interfaces are quoted separately. We'll confirm scope and a firm price before any work starts.
Changes later
There is no website subscription. Hosting is free and a static site doesn't require maintenance, so we don't sell a monthly plan just to keep your site online. When you do want changes, there are two ways to handle them.
As Needed
- Tell us what you want changed and we'll quote it
- Approve before any work starts
- Hosting, SSL, and DNS stay free regardless
- Simple text edits you can make yourself
Right for most sites, which change a few times a year at most.
Included with Micro IT
- Website updates draw from your plan's support hours
- Also covers your workstations — patching, antivirus, monitoring
- One provider for your IT and your website
Right if you already want ongoing IT support. See Micro IT plans.
A note about email
Cloudflare doesn't host mailboxes. Free forwarding can send mail from an address at your domain to an inbox you already have, which is enough for many small businesses. A real mailbox at your domain needs a provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which is a genuine monthly cost. We'll tell you which you need before you buy, not after.
E-Commerce
Add a storefront to a new or existing site. Note that selling online does introduce costs a brochure site doesn't — payment processors take a percentage of every sale regardless of who builds the store.
Store Starter
Up to 20 products with a single payment gateway
Store Standard
Up to 100 products with enhanced customization and multiple payment options
Store Advanced
Advanced integrations, hundreds of products
What we need from you
The fastest projects are the ones where content is ready. We'll need your business details, the text you want on each page, and any photos or logos. If you'd rather we write the copy, we can quote that separately.
